Matt Ensor applies smart city technologies to infrastructure and asset operations, including smart and responsive infrastructure. His qualifications are in Civil Engineering, Sociology & Management, and in 2012 he attended INSEAD Business School in France on a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship.
